Minimum 4 hours of Fasting Daily (No Food within your 4 hours of fasting, Water Yes or None up to you, Please continue your medication(s)-between you and the Lord, check with your physician) Maximum-up to you! 

Please take this time to be intentional about fasting and praying to the Lord in order to achieve an effective fast.
