Its much easier to fight, to hold on to what's not healthy, than to fight for what is healthy. We naturally do this with food. It has has been a curse from the beginning with Adam and Eve in which the serpent saw he could cause a great fall of Man.

I know it seemed better; at first it seemed healthy, at first it seemed settling! But then it began to spoil and toil. It became bitter and sour! Let go of every unhealthy thing in your Life. Let go of and seek God the Father, while he may be found. Choose Life and Not Death!

Eventually the only thing that Unhealthiness will lead to is Death! Trust, God has what is best for you; it will add to you, it will enrich you. This is healthier and greater and will cause you not to thirst again! You will never thirst again! Don't be thirsty for the wrong thing but be thirsty for that living water!
